Instructors Amy Osterman and Abdoulaye Camara break down the dance steps in a simple format for you to enjoy! All levels welcome. No need to register, just come on over! Time: 6-7pm

Location: Seccond Floor Studio at Ridgeville Park

Curious about the Feldenkrais method? Do you suffer from chronic pain? Check out this FREE demo class and give it a try!

Using gentle controlled movements, Feldenkrais® allows individuals to become aware of their unique patterns of movement, which can help them develop more efficient actions. This class is ideal for individuals looking to reduce stress and balance the overall tone of their nervous system. Additionally, Feldenkrais® has proved to reduce workplace injuries that occur from repetitive motion, such as tendonitis and carpel tunnel syndrome.

Here is a great article to read on why you should consider the Feldenkrais method to ease chronic pain: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/30/well/trying-the-feldenkrais-method-for-chronic-pain.html
